Construction Management Corporation (HCMC) in 2002, special care was
taken to eschew the quest for rampant growth and the often-unrealistic
expectations it fosters. Neither The Hamilton Company nor its talent-rich HCMC offspring

now permeate the Boston landscape, generating between $20 million and $30 million
in annual volume.
