Somerdale Red Dragon is the classic combination of three perfect ingredients,
Creamy English Cheddar, a traditional IPA, and wholegrain mustard relish.
The cheese was created in the 1980's by Tony and Pam Craske in the foothills of Abergavenny in Wales. Red
Dragon is a Welsh cheddar infused with Mustard seed and ale. The OG of flavored cheeses, often copied,
but never matched, Red Dragon is a beautiful creamy cheddar that is blended with a mustard seed relish to
give a gentle warmness. The ale provides a hint of sweetness and a little bitterness that creates the perfect
ploughman's cheese that belongs on the most discerning of cheeseboards. Encased in a vibrant red wax,
Red Dragon will stand out in the cheese case, and be a mainstay for all cheese lovers.
