Year after year, child after child, the First Class family grew as it gained more employees and equipment, all while Leo and Angelica also gained three more sons. In 2017, the company was blessed with the purchase of its main location—60 Earls Way, Franklin, Massachusetts. This became a major turning point for the company and propelled First Class to another level. Today, over a decade later, First Class is fully digital with laser tem - plating and CNC saws and router machines. First Class now operates with two template techs, five installation crews, over 20 shop and warehouse employees, over 10 office employees and a total of four Dos Santos boys. "We hold ourselves to high standards not only in our product but in our service, as well," Leo said. "We know that we are completing a big step in someone's renovation or new construction, and being a part of someone's project is an honor, one we do not take lightly. With every job, no matter how big or small, we know our reputation is on the line. We take our time educating customers, setting the correct expectations, and keeping an open line of commu - nication to ensure satisfaction and avoid surprises. Every day we learn something new, and every day there will be challenges. We must face our challenges and everything that comes with them, but we must do it step by step, with honesty and the best service possible." "With any company, growth is not the easiest thing to ha ndle," A ngelica added. " With our compa ny, we chose to grow not only as a business, but one that makes God its foundation. We work w ith honest y f irst, no matter what. We have grown to be a company known for hig h-end stonework, which is g reat , but it does come with a new level of responsibility in rega rd to executing the project according to plan. We work with many designers, architects, contractors, and kitchen and bath dealers, all of whom bring us new challenges and possibilities. Every time we're asked if we can do a project, I always stop and think to myself, with God all things are possible." n BOSTON.BUILDERARCHITECT.COM Builder+Architect GREATER BOSTON, CAPE COD AND THE ISLANDS |  6 3
