Designed and built by Vahe Ohannessian, this
modern farmhouse remodel and addition recently
won an award from PRO New England 2023 Awards
in the $1M+ Whole House Remodel Category. The
project achieves an incredible HERS rating of 10 due
to its high-performance building envelope, solar PV
and a new-to-market Enertech Advantage system,
which combines heating, cooling, hot water and
radiant heat all with a single air-to-water heat pump.

under-slab Crete-Heat insulation and hot water pipes
for snow-melt
Near-net-zero performance is achieved
with continuous exterior and under-slab
insulation, triple-glazed European windows,
