With 350 agents and brokers selling land in 41 states, exceeding 3 billion dollars in gross sales annually, Whitetail Properties is the country's largest independent land-selling real estate company. Thank you for your business. Please understand we are not beating our chest or boasting. I am sharing our success to establish that we must be doing something right before offering advice. So, our secret sauce is not exclusive to the real estate business. It applies to every consumer-serving business in America. At whitetail properties, we do not think of outperforming our competition. Instead, we focus on out-serving them. The only opinions that matter are our client's opinions. We are dedicated to working in their best interest. Remember, talk is cheap. One of our core values is to lead by the example of our actions and not just our words. When an agent's mindset is on out-selling rather than out-serving, it's easy to believe it's okay to put past clients on the back burner. It's easy to cut corners. It's easy not to do what you say you are going to do. It's easy to lack accountability. As I mentioned, our approach to real estate applies to every consumer-serving business. We are all servers and consumers. Romans 12:6-7 says God has given us different gifts for doing certain things well. So, if God has given you the ability to prophesy, speak out with as much faith as God has given you. 7 If your gift is serving others, serve them well. If you are a teacher, teach well. It is tough for most people to reprogram their minds to forget about their rewards and focus on rewarding their customers and clients. Most of us grow up believing that "doing your best" means doing as little as possible for as much as you can get. As a result, too many people worry about doing more than they are being paid to do. They are worried about giving more than they are getting. They don't understand that the "me" mindset is why they did not get the promotion, the raise, the bonus, the job, the bid, or the sale. At Whitetail Properties, our aim has always been to provide our clients and customers with the best land-buying or selling experience. We've achieved this by being experts in our field through continually learning and growing, forgetting about our commission, and committing to serving. Sure, we must earn money to stay in business. However, those whose primary focus is on how much they will earn rather than how well they will serve earn far less. If you want that promotion, raise, bonus, job, bid, or sale. You will not get them by sandbagging, pacing yourself, spinning the truth, or covering your tracks. You will earn them by serving your customers and clients with the highest degree of honesty and care. You will earn them by taking integrity, accountability, and ethics to the highest level, and you will earn them by working hard and engaging in your work with commitment, enthusiasm, and passion. Working in your customers' or clients' best interest is in your best interest, your family's best interest, and your future. Dan Perez, Principal Partner, Co-founder WELCOME TO AMERICAN LAND
