71 71 LAKE GRACE 1157 ACRES | CHEROKEE & ETOWAH CO, ALABAMA The centerpiece of this amazing tract is Lake Grace, a 39+/- acre private gem that's been meticulously managed, uniquely stocked with both smallmouth and largemouth bass – the former being a rarity in the area. Alongside a timber duck hole, there's another large impoundment up front. The property boasts 25 acres of tillable land, mature hardwood timber, and breathtaking ridgetop views highlighted by natural rock formations. A historical rock fence, attributed to native Americans, lines the ridge alongside a natural waterhole. While there's a designated lodge site near the lake, no structure exists yet. Most of the land is under conservation easement, ensuring preservation, and is well-connected by a comprehensive trail/road system.
