CONGRATS, CHEESE STATE SCHOLARS! Here in Wisconsin, we think cheesemongers are superheroes. They play a crucial role in the supply chain—sourcing, maintaining, and selling cheese to shoppers everywhere. Their commitment and expertise help our dairy farmers and cheesemakers thrive. That's why we created Cheese State University, a comprehensive professional education program and digital campus that gives mongers the resources they need to excel. We're so proud of the more than 500 dedicated students who have completed our Field Guide training course and earned their Cheese State Scholar certificate. This 100% free program is funded by Wisconsin's hardworking dairy farmers, who rely on knowledgeable, experienced mongers to make the wheel go round. Are you a cheese professional looking to sharpen your skills? Go to cheesestateuniversity.com to unlock a new world of cheese knowledge and join our community. If you're a cheese lover, seek out your nearest monger and let them introduce you to your new favorite wedge.
