One of Top Notch's most sophisticated builds, this project featured state-of-the-art finishes
such as a glass wall system, bespoke staircase and advanced mechanical systems. The
collaboration included Hisel Flynn and Weiss Engineering. This residence incorporated passive
house principles, radiant heated floors and cutting-edge lighting systems, challenging the
team's building science expertise. The project demonstrated how thoughtful engineering and
meticulous design could create a luxurious and energy-efficient home that delighted the clients.
