aleres and nonprofit organization Soles4Souls have
come together in a comprehensive partnership
to support relief efforts for the recent wildfires in
Los Angeles. Caleres is assisting Soles4Souls in
their mission to provide aid to those affected with several key
contributions:
Freight Donation: Caleres has donated partner freight services to
transport disaster relief loads from Soles4Souls' main warehouse
facility in Alabama to their Regional Distribution Center (RDC)
in San Bernardino.
Warehouse Space: Caleres is providing additional warehouse
space in California to manage the overflow of products for other
Soles4Souls programs, like 4EveryKid, which provides new
athletic shoes to children experiencing homelessness.
Shoe Donation: Caleres is donating between 5,000 to 7,000 new
pairs of shoes to aid in the relief efforts within the affected areas. n
