This award recognized Akron General's Emergency Departments located at the Akron General Health & Wellness Centers in Stow, Green and West Akron, for consistently WEALTH ADVISORS achieving patient satisfaction scores in the 95th percentile. Press Ganey partners with more than half of all U.S. hospitals to measure and improve the patient experience. Alliance Hospital-affiliated Alliance Visiting Nurse Association & Hospice was recently listed among the top 25 percent of home care agencies in the nation, according to a study by the National Research Corporation and Decision Health. The study focused on five performance indicators, including: quality of care, quality improvement, patient experience, process measure implementation and financial management. Aultman Hospital, for the 18th straight year, earned the Consumer Choice Award and was named Canton's Most Preferred Hospital for Overall Quality and Image by National Research Corporation (NRC).
