my love of finish work grew and grew. That's when I realized the importance of details and how much even the smallest things can mean to a customer. The finish work is the first thing everyone sees and has an enormous impact on how the customer views the entire project." Bor is also familiar ized himself w ith the importance of details by working with prestigious and highly respected architects and designers from Massachusetts. Gerry, who also emigrated from Russia, is more involved with the business side of Kenwood Builders. Combining his many decades of experience as a top-producing real estate broker with his ability to discern buyers' dreams and produce beautif ul homes, he adds great value to the team. Before starting the new company with Boris, Gerry had built houses by himself. That's why he has a complete knowledge of the building process. Together, they have teamed up to cre- ate a cogent, powerful business model, combining Ger r y 's abilities and Bor is' construction exper tise and skills as an artisan and craftsman. One thing that makes Kenwood a dif- ferent company is how well the partners understand each other's skills and how they can unite them to the client's advantage. "What is most important to both of us is that we understand what each customer wants and deliver it in a precise, timely and stress-free manner, resulting in an enjoyable experience for them from start to finish," Boris says. "Along with the very reasonable pricing we attain by working smart, a no-hassle homebuilding experience is the hallmark of our company and a key ingredient in our success." To achieve their goals, Kenwood Builders employs the most skilled and experienced carpenters, using only subcontractors who have an excellent reputation, are fully insured and are respected by their clients. "When you enter homes built or renovated by Kenwood Builders, you will see architectur- ally inviting structures with intricate details, exquisite millwork and crown molding, and exclusively quality materials and craftsman- ship," Gerry says. "Our team shares our passion for turning our clients' visions into realities that will last a lifetime." BOSTON.BUILDERARCHITECT.COM Builder+Architect Greater Boston | 1 1
