THE GATEWAY TO YOUR HEALTH INFORMATION NORTHERN DUTCHESS HOSPITAL In December 2014, Northern Dutchess Hospital reached a significant milestone in construction of a $47 million, 81,000-square-foot medical pavilion with the placement of the final beam. Next, workers will install various infrastructure components, such as flooring and roofing. Recent improvements related to the project include additional handicapped parking spaces near NDH's main entrance and a landscaped walking path that connects the hospital campus to Rhinebeck's business district. PUTNAM HOSPITAL CENTER e past year was exciting for Putnam Hospital Center, as workers replaced roofs on two campus buildings and added a bariatric consultation room, among other upgrades. Now, hospital leaders are planning renovations to PHC's emergency department. VASSAR BROTHERS MEDICAL CENTER Vassar Brothers Medical Center opened a 7,000-square-foot addition to the Charles E. and Mabel E. Conklin Center for Emergency Care in September 2014. Workers added 15 treatment bays, bringing the center's total to 57. e $2 million project also included renovation of the existing emergency department and the hospital's lobby and first floor corridors.
