ALZHEIMER'S SUPPORT GROUP
This group provides support for caregivers
of those aected by Alzheimer's disease
and other dementias. It also provides
opportunities to learn more about
Alzheimer's and care partnering from peers
who have had similar experiences or have
the same questions and concerns.

DIABETES SUPPORT GROUP
Diabetescan be an overwhelming disease
because it impacts so many areas of daily life.
It's important to have support. Jackie Kelly, RN,
will help lead discussions on topicsyou
choose.This isa time to bond and share
advice and life tips with other people living
with diabetes orwho are caring for those
with diabetes.

CANCER SUPPORT GROUP
Open to all cancer patients — from the
recently diagnosed to those in treatment to
cancer survivors — this group aims to help
participants develop coping strategies and
address challenges in a friendly atmosphere,
as well as provide connections to community
agencies and programs.

PARKINSON'S SUPPORT GROUP
This group helps to ease the burden for both
the patient and the caregiver while oering an
opportunity to learn more about the disease
and what other people are experiencing.
It also provides information about new
strategies and tools available to help in coping
and living with the disease.
