Are You Ready to Zumba? By Paula Gagelin (assisted by Marisa Bengtson-Loerzel) A few years ago, I decided Iwanted to become healthier, feelbetter, and have more energy. Here'show I did it! For more information on Paula's Zumba classes, call Courts Plus at (701) 237-4805 I started eating healthier and exploring dierent exercises at my gym. I tried some of the group tness classes, but it wasn't long before I realized that Zumba® was the exercise for me. Zumba really ts my personality. It is upbeat and energetic, exactly what I was looking for. At rst, I went once a week, but I quickly became more comfortable in class. Now I go three times a week and have made many new friends. A LOVE OF TEACHING Last year, I was preparing for my annual Person-Centered Support Plan (PCSP) meeting and was asked what my goals were. Idecided that since I loved Zumba so much, I wanted to teach a class for my friends. With assistance from my sta, Marisa, and my gym, Courts Plus, I am meeting my goal! I teach three or four songs at each class. I pick my favorite songs and work with my sta to choreograph the moves. I love being in front of the class and watching others enjoy Zumba too! Stop by and check out one of my classes. I teach at CourtsPlus every other Saturday at noon, and it is free for anybody who would like to attend. Come out, have fun, and get ready to shake it. Just don't forget your dancing shoes! 801 Page Dr Fargo, ND 58103-2315
