Creativity, Cutting-Edge Technology and Construction Expertise J. Costantin Architecture, LLC By Jack Wright It's been a little more than a year since Builder+Architect featured J. Costantin Architecture (JCA) in the cover story titled, "The Evolution of a Great Estate." Meanwhile, its story has continued. The 240-foot-long elevation of Abbey Farms shapes up as seen from across one of the three lakes on site. This house has 1,045 linear feet of stone walls. J CA HAS EXPERIENCED meteoric success this past year. Joe and Michael Costantin, principals of JCA, attribute their success to the company's strict adherence to three main guiding principles: constantly pushing to higher levels of creativity through teamwork, using cutting-edge technology to maximize clients' comprehension of their projects, and integrating their great construction knowledge during field administration. These have proven to result in a seamless integration of design and construction activities. The enthusiasm and passion of their team creates an exciting cli- mate of collaborative design in which each client becomes immersed. Every effort is made to make clients feel welcomed and valued, as they are the focus of each design concept by every design-team member. Ultimately, each JCA client comes to understand how this positive atmosphere will produce a home or work space that truly reflects his or her individual vision and aesthetic sensibilities. "Why should people hire J. Costantin Architecture?" is the question Joe believes every potential client who walks into either the company's Morristown or New York office should answer in a positive way after their initial meeting. "If they do not quickly come to this understanding, what motiva- tion would they have for coming back to engage us to design their project?" Joe asks. He further declares, "It is imperative for them "We appreciate the trust our clients have invested in us, and in return we continually deliver projects that exceed their expectations. That starts at the initial design meeting, and it does not end!" — Joe Costantin NEWJERSEY.BUILDERARCHITECT.COM Builder+Architect Greater New Jersey | 9 COVER STORY PHOTO © J.
