Nancy adds, "There's nothing as per- sonal as creating someone's home. We want our cl ients to love what we do for them." While it would be easy to chalk up The Lagasse Group's success to luck, it's clear that its success is actually based on hard work and preparation being applied when oppor tunit ies ar ise. The company's growth is impressive given that Boston is a small community at heart, but it is testa- ment to how word of mouth can really work.
