E.W. Tarca custom-designed and -built a
wine "cellar," which features glass and
tile, on the first floor, off of the kitchen.
A bar and cabinetry are on the opposite
wall. Ed worked closely with the clients to
design and build the cabinetry.

The lower level of the home features a pool, a full-sized
exercise room with a sauna and lockers, a built-in wet bar,
and a lounge area that opens to an outdoor patio. The pool
was built by Environmental Pools.
