cha rge. W hile there, we set up a n on-site
ma nagement compa ny, worked for about
18 mont hs, completely repositioned the
proper t y a nd were able to successf u l ly
stabilize it to a point where a loca l ma n-
agement company could ta ke it over. After
t h at , en l i g ht ened w it h ex per ienc e a nd
conf idence, we ca me back to Boston a nd
bega n to ta ke adva ntage of oppor tunities
a s they presented themselves. A s ever y-
one knows, eastern Massachusetts offers
vir tua lly un limited oppor tunities — not
without their cha llenges a nd dema nds —
