This annual symposium focusing on Down
syndrome research will feature groundbreaking
scientist Leonard E. Maroun, Ph.D., as keynote
speaker. Dr. Maroun founded and serves as
CSO for Meiogen Biotechnology. He first
theorized a connection between interferon
and trisomy 21 in 1980.
