Three free apps can make house hunting more effi cient, eff ective and enjoyable. On each, a few taps gathers and sorts available properties. Filter by price, number of beds and baths, keywords such as "patio" and more to fi nd your dream home. Then view photos, check schools and estimate payments in the palm of your hand. Zillow Zestimate may be this app's biggest distinguishing feature. The Zillow-derived estimate of a home's likely selling price is more accurate than you might think. Realtor The app of the National Association of Realtors has a simpler interface that can be nice if your segment has fewer properties or you don't have complex requirements.
