In this issue of LiveWell magazine, you'll have the opportunity to read about several patients whose experience at CHRISTUS got them back to living well and doing the things they love. Our outstanding orthopedic program and innovative surgery centers continue to provide top-notch care and technology right here at home. The magazine also features more news about how we are transforming health care services in Southeast Texas to meet your needs. Our physical, occupational and speech therapy programs are expanding and providing spacious environments to support the healing and recovery process in multiple locations. After many years of planning, CHRISTUS opened its first outpatient center in Mid County back in April, and hundreds of patients have passed through its doors already. From imaging, laboratory, therapy, wound care and emergency care, patients benefit from ease of access, convenience and high quality health care. The CHRISTUS Southeast Texas Health System network of outpatient centers, clinics and hospitals, including CHRISTUS Southeast Texas St. Elizabeth and St. Mary, remain steadfast in serving our community. For more than 100 years, we have served this community and its changing health care needs. We plan on helping Southeast Texans be healthy and live well for a long time to come. Thank you, Southeast Texas, for your continued support. Most importantly, thank you for the privilege of allowing CHRISTUS to serve your health care needs.
