CHI Mercy Health is excited
to introduce a brand
new CT scanner to the
community.
This spring, CHI Mercy Health received a
$400,000 grant from The Leona M. and
Harry B. Helmsley Charitable Trust's Rural
Healthcare Program—one of only 41
regional grant recipients.
To make the most of this gift, CHI
Mercy Health purchased a new, 64-slice CT
scanner. This advanced technology delivers
comprehensive diagnostic views of structures
within the body, providing faster scans and
higher-quality results than other equipment.
Improving the ecacy and quality of the
imaging process means medical sta will
have an easier time determining a patient's
health status and course of treatment.
Plus, patients will now have access to this
equipment closer to home.
The purchase of this new CT scanner
is just one more way CHI Mercy Health
is striving to bring better care to
ourcommunity.
