UROGYNECOLOGY IS A relatively new subspecialty in the field of obstetrics and gynecology (OB-GYN). People travel from all over the world to be treated here," Dr. Garely says. "We also specialize in treating complex fistulas, holes that develop between the bladder and the rectum, and are almost always a complication from surgery or radiation used to treat pelvic malignancies."
