" We believe it is ex tremely impor ta nt to compa r tmenta lize the strongest persona l and professiona l assets among Joe, Christina and myself," says Dan, who manages the construction and development units of the residential division. " We see the homebuilding process as a big puzzle, with many moving parts that go into a house that we strive to pull together to achieve the best possible results. To that end, Joe operates the commercia l aspects as well as the excavation and landscaping parts of the business, while Christina is deeply involved w ith interior desig n, floor pla ns a nd what I ca l l 'inta ng ible home perspectives.' Joe and I are more into the nuts and bolts of the construction process and not ver y astute at fig uring out the intuitive aspects of how a homeowner views our work. Conversely, Christina is a whiz at things like kitchen design and procuring its sourcing of materia ls, as well as assessing what the functiona lity of the house in genera l should be and how a family would live in a house we build. Christina a lso designs cabinetr y and facilitates kitchen layouts. Just steps away from the family room is a beautiful patio with a fire pit built by Santangelo Construction and Landscaping.
