"Building in the city is logistically

in the suburbs. This challenging
project was on the top f loor, but
the property did not have elevator
a ccess . T hi s be cam e a f u l l g ut
demolition . We had to develop a
roof deck and overcome many other
obstacles we don't normally have to
deal with, but we pulled together in
the usual collaborative way and are
pleased with the results of a project
that is now 95 percent complete and
will be ready by early spring of 2018."
The penthouse features a large
living room with a wine rack , a
kitchen , two bedrooms, a master
bath and two and a half bathrooms
— as well as views of the city. You can
see the Prudential Center through
the restored skylight in the kitchen.
