BIG changes at Cartersville Medical Center
If you've visited our hospital lately – or even if you've traveled
past our campus – you've most likely noticed some BIG changes:
• New patient floor dedicated especially to orthopedic and neurologic
patient care.
• Conversion of existing semi-private rooms to ALL PRIVATE rooms
for the comfort and convenience of our patients.
• Patient room renovations, a modern exterior facelift and a new
main entrance and lobby to further enhance our expansion project.
• In early 2014, a newER, largerER and fastER emergency department,
doubling the size of the current ED with 30 patient rooms, a new
CT scanner and specialized rooms for treatment of specific patient
conditions, including heart attack or stroke, pediatric rooms and
large, state of the art trauma rooms.
