To add more of this vitamin to your diet, serve up crimini mushrooms or spinach as a side at dinner. 6 Symptom: brittle, fragile bones Solution: Osteoporosis is caused by low vitamin D levels. Baby your bones by getting 15 minutes of sunlight every day, drinking vitamin D-fortified milk or juice, or eating fortified cereals. Sip a glass of orange juice daily, or stock up on fresh citrus or a chewable supplement to naturally boost your immunity.
