Held in the KDH Rehabilitation Center's therapy pool, which is kept at a soothing 91 degrees, Making Waves is open to all individuals who enjoy exercising in water. According to Marci, the aquatic environment makes the class especially beneficial for those with arthritis, fibromyalgia or back pain. Seniorcise emphasizes muscle strength, flexibility and joint range of motion, with a special focus on preventing falls through core strengthening and stabilization. For more information about KDH's rehabilitation services, visit www.kdhmadison.org to watch a video about our programs. 2 Versailles KDH Medical Bldg. 206 West Tyson St. Versailles, IN 47042 (812) 689-3877 4 Inpatient / Acute Care Rehabilitation Therapy 1373 East SR 62 (located within KDH) Madison, IN 47250 (812) 801-0674 Marci Cole Ingredients ¾ cup part-skim mozzarella cheese, grated ¼ cup Parmesan cheese, grated 1½ cups fat-free cottage cheese ¼ cup onion, chopped 1 clove fresh garlic, minced 2 teaspoons dried basil 2 teaspoons dried oregano ½ teaspoon ground black pepper 20 ounces of jarred tomato sauce (no salt added) ½ pound lasagna noodles, cooked 1½ cups fresh zucchini, sliced 8 Directions Preheat oven to 350°F. Lightly spray a 9-x-13-inch baking dish with vegetable oil spray. In a small bowl, combine ¼ cup mozzarella and 1 Tbsp. Parmesan cheese. Set aside. In a medium bowl, combine remaining mozzarella and Parmesan cheese with all of the cottage cheese. Mix well and set aside. Combine tomato sauce with spices and herbs. Spread a thin layer of tomato sauce in the bottom of the baking dish. Add a third of the noodles in a single layer. Spread half of the cottage cheese mixture on top. Add a layer of zucchini and a thin coating of sauce. Repeat layering. Top with noodles, sauce and reserved cheese mixture. Cover with aluminum foil. Bake 30 to 40 minutes. Cool for 10 to 15 minutes.
