Community Events COMMUNITY HEART EDUCATION "Heart Valve Disease: An Epidemic in Aging Adults." GENTLE JOINTS Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays at 2 p.m. The Club at St. Dominic's offers a low-intensity water walking class designed to help increase strength, endurance and flexibility. Just for Seniors AARP MATURE DRIVING CLASS A classroom refresher course for motorists ages 50 and older. Completing the class qualifies you for a discount on auto insurance.
