Directions
Place all ingredients in roaster pan. Cook on medium heat 30β45
minutes. Remove excess liquids from the top. Chill and serve.
Refrigerate leftovers, but serve within a week.

4 large yellow onions, diced
3 green peppers, diced
1 bunch celery, diced
1 small can green chilies
5β6 jalapeno peppers, diced
and seeded
1 cup vinegar
1 cup sugar
3 (8 oz.) cans of tomato paste
