A Party to Remember We honored our sta members with aHollywood-style celebration. CHI Friendship was excited to host a party to recognize the hard work and dedication of our employees. Our Direct Support Professionals came in to take the Performance Culture Assessment (PCA), a yearly evaluation of sta satisfaction, then spent the rest of the day enjoying the Hollywood-style event. "We want all our employees to know how special they are as direct-care sta," said Dori Leslie, Vice President at CHI Friendship. "This event was our way of saying thank you for keeping the people we support safe, happy, and healthy." HELLO, HOLLYWOOD Held on April 15 in Fargo and April 22 in Grafton/Park River, the PCA Celebration brought together an atmosphere of celebration for a job well done. "Once sta completed their surveys, they got to put their name on a star," Leslie said. "Instead of being on the Walk of Fame, stars were hung all over the administration buildings so everyone could see." The management of CHI Friendship donned their best celebrity costumes, with Nicki Minaj and Joan Rivers making an appearance for interviews on the red carpet. When the paparazzi got to be too much, sta could retreat to a photo booth, complete with props, to strike their most glamorous poses. Several games were played as well, including one that involved guessing how many candies were held inside a certain jar. "Our leadership sta worked hard to plan this event and really pulled out all the stops," Leslie said. "On both of these days, you really saw how people embraced each other, no matter our titles or positions in the company.
