When I bought my first home, which, by the way, was financed at Redstone Federal Credit Union, I planted a small garden of tomato plants. As they started to grow, it made me proud to be using techniques I learned from my grandfather. Every year he was featured in a local newspaper for growing the biggest tomatoes. inking of my grandfather makes me reminisce about when we would sit in big rocking chairs on the front porch, watching traffic while shelling butter beans. As we worked, he would tell us stories about his childhood. I didn't appreciate it at the time, but I sometimes yearn for those days now. With summer here and my tomatoes beginning to ripen, my mind goes back to those simpler days. Amazingly, people are a lot like those small seeds I would plant. Sometimes all it takes to help them grow is the right type of environment (soil) and the right amount of encouragement (water) to reach their full potential. At Redstone, we strive to provide the right financial environment to help you, our members, reach your full potential. From basic financial products, to financial counseling, brokerage services and a host of insurance products, we offer the experience, expertise and knowledge to help you grow.
