Kurt began his work with Little Caesars Pizza in Atlanta in the late 1980s, then brought his franchise experience to Huntsville when he and his wife decided to move closer to family in 2004. The next year, he officially began operations in North Alabama as Huntsville Caesars Inc. Today Huntsville Caesars operates five Little Caesars locations in the local area and has 90–100 employees at any given time.
