The MZO GROUP's breadth of services is almost as impressive as its design solutions, which include: master planning and programming, code research, municipal approvals, space planning, creative archi- tectural design, project visualization, construction documents and detailing, materials selections, con- struction administration, and accessibility research and design that meets Americans with Disability Act (ADA) guidelines. "In today's world and going forward, we're advanc- ing A DA wheelcha ir accessibi lit y to address the Baby Boom generation, who also may have hearing, sight or other disabilities," Andrew says. "We design around the individual client's needs to make their lives fuller and not just bearable. Our view of aging in place means designing for future as well as present conditions. We can design an elevator into a new home or renovation to be used now, or set up the current design to accept one down the road so that the homeowner can remain for life." The MZO GROUP also specializes in 3-D studies and renderings, which are particularly crucial for attaining approvals for multi-family projects. John derives personal satisfaction from clients who show a real appreciation for the company's eĀ£orts. "I've had clients who couldn't say enough good things about us. As for builders, when their condos or multi-family projects sell quickly, I know we've done our jobs," he says.
