Happy New Year from Columbus
Regional Healthcare System. We
hope that the new year of 2017
brings you much happiness and
health. Once again we are excited
to share information about your
local hospital and health system,
including introductions to two new
providers, Dr. DeLouise and Dr. Lehr.
This issue of Health Matters features details about
the relocation of our Urgent Care Center. It is now
in a highly visible location next to our Emergency
Department and is ready to take care of you and
your family.
The center section features an article about our
volunteers and the recent Hearts of Gold Gala that
was held in their honor. Perhaps this will inspire you
to consider becoming one of our volunteers.
Also in this issue, we discuss our Patient
Satisfaction Survey process on page 7. We are always
looking to improve. Your opinion is valuable to us,
and we hope that this article will encourage you to
respond if you receive a survey.
As always, don't forget to look for the hidden heart
