The results are in for CHI Friendship's 2017 Satisfaction Survey, an annual review of our services that is completed by parents, guardians, and the people we support. Below are some of the highlights. THINGS TO BE MINDFUL OF We will continue to be mindful of the three lowest- ranked questions, which were the same lowest- ranked questions in 2014, 2015, and 2016: 3.66 Is your voice heard with agency-wide strategic planning decisions? 3.69 How well are you kept up-to-date on any organizational changes that aect you? 3.78 Have you received enough information on the CHI Friendship policies and procedures relevant to you? We also plan to focus on improving scores on these two questions: 3.88 How eectively do we respond to your suggestions, ideas, and concerns? 3.94 How well do you think CHI Friendship does in supporting you with your employment/ volunteering activities? OUR FIVE HIGHESTRANKED QUESTIONS We will continue to celebrate our successes and pass on best practices throughout the organization. 4.23 What is your overall satisfaction of direct support sta working with you? 4.20 What is your overall satisfaction with the services provided by CHI Friendship? 4.18 Are your medical concerns being addressed? Does the nurse help you when you need help? 4.17 What is your feeling of safety at home and/or work? 4.16 How is the availability of transportation? THINGS TO CELEBRATE 180 responses were received—an increase from 172 last year. 9 out of 20 departments scored 4.00 (very good) or higher. 15 out of 21 questions on the survey scored 4.00 (very good) or higher. Our overall score was 3.95, an increase from lastyear. Quality shines throughout all departments, and Core Values are alive at CHI Friendship. The Management Team thanks everyone who took the time to complete the survey and express their opinions.
