LiveUP moment 5 Quick Ways to LiveUP Today Jeanine McDonald, CNA in Mercy Long Term Care, goes for a stroll with resident Barb Craver and her husband, Leo. THE HOSPITAL'S LONGTERM CARE unit is home for 20 residents who receive nursing home care on-site at the hospital. The very dedicated sta provides personalized care to each of the residents, whom they consider to be family. One of those sta members is Jeanine McDonald, CNA. Jeanine's cheerfulness and passion for whatshe does can be seen daily. However, her dedication doesn't end there. Jeanine was nominated recently as a LiveUp example by resident Barb Craver's husband, Leo. Leo shared that his wife mentioned she would really like to go shopping. On her day o, Jeanine took Barb to Walmart and spent time with her shopping. Jeanine's genuine spirit of care created a wonderful experience for Barb and her husband. Jeanine is a model for letting grace be her guide every day — even on her day o! 1. Send a gratitude email to someone who deserves it. 2. Purchase extra dog or cat food and take it to the animal shelter. 3. Lend your umbrella when it rains. 4. Leave a box of goodies in the mailbox for the mail carrier. 5.
