On February 8, CHI Friendship invites our community to participate in Giving Hearts Day, a 24-hour online event to raise money for people we support. The funds you donate will help cover expenses for things not always covered by healthcare insurance, such as adaptive equipment, new dentures, or eyeglasses. Any amount you can give is invaluable, and when we all stand together to give, there's nothing we can't accomplish. "Every penny that people contribute to CHI Friendship matters," said Dori Leslie, Vice President of CHI Friendship. "Your donation can help your friends and neighbors in the community have a better quality of life." Stay tuned for a live link to the online event, and we'll have more to come in the next issue of Milestones. You can also drop off donations at the CHI Friendship front desk. Thank you for your support! #CountMe One Giving Heart Help make our region known for being the most generous on the planet! For 10 years, Giving Hearts Day has helped garner attention for charitable giving in North Dakota and Western Minnesota. This year, CHI Friendship is joining the event as a beneficiary. When you give to CHI Friendship on Giving Hearts Day, tag #countme and #givinghearts18 on social media to be counted among Giving Hearts Day generous donors.
