"It's a phenomenal place that appeals to a certain type of buyer, and when we found that person, it all came together," he says. "We felt honored that Hooray Ranch had faith in us to conduct their sale. It was a team effort." Marketing the Hooray Experience Whitetail Properties' marketing campaign included a unique presentation crafted specifically to showcase the Hooray experience to potential buyers. It was a wooden box that told the Hooray Ranch story not only through high-quality video and printed materials but also con- tained logoed tumblers, a cigar cutter and lighter, a custom, hand-made duck knife and laser-engraved coasters. The box itself was adorned with decorative hardware and branding. "All of the elements were basically a glimpse of what you would experience at Hooray Ranch," says Land Specialist Tom McFarlane, who partnered with Bigbee on the offering. "Every recipient thought it was outstanding. We deeply un- derstood the property and that the owners took great care in building something highly sought after. It was important the experience and quality shined in the marketing cam- paign. The assets and presentation designed by our entire marketing department were spot on for making the biggest impact possible." Dunn concurs. "The way they promoted the property, timed the release to the market and got the word out to the right demographic was fantastic," he says. The sale of Hooray Ranch was a success for everyone involved. Both the seller and buyer feel an incredible sense of accomplishment and satisfaction.
