4 Eric Dunn, the former owner of Hooray Ranch, a world-class hunting and entertainment des- tination property in central Kansas, attributes the quick sale to two key factors; Whitetail Properties' expertise in marketing rural land and the company's culture. "Whether we're buying properties or hunting together, they're the kind of people we relate to," says Dunn, who created the 2,239-acre ranch with his wife, Wendy, in 2012. The ranch features intensely managed prime wildlife habitat known for exceptional hunting, including giant deer, wild turkey and most notably, waterfowl. The property is also well respected for its private event accommoda- tions, excellent cuisine and many other world- class amenities. The campus features seven buildings developed for exceptional entertainment and comfort to enrich the hunting experience.
