In November of 2021, we announced the winners of our seventh annual Gold Medal Service Awards for Outstanding Customer Service. Seventy stores were honored with the award. All of the award winning stores and employees deserve to be celebrated. After mailing out plaques to each of the award-winning stores, we heard back from dozens of shops… in the form of photos (as seen in the pictures on these pages). Congratulations once again to all of the outstanding stores who earned the Gold Medal honor in 2021. We know how hard you work and we love seeing your smiling faces!
