Somerdale is proud to introduce two new Irish
farmhouse cheeses made by the O'Doherty
family in County Limerick, amongst the lush
green fields in Southwestern Ireland.
Ireland is world-famous for its cheese making and this all
links back to Ireland having the perfect climate to grow
rich green grass for the cows to graze on freely. Good cheese
comes from good animal husbandry and good grass, and
Ireland offers this in abundance.
To sit alongside our Claddagh original cheddar, we are
introducing two new flavors, Claddagh Bó Irish Cheddar
with smooth and rich Irish porter, and Claddagh Irish
cheddar with Irish Whiskey.
At Somerdale we are always searching for the best
cheeses we can find. The new Claddagh Bó range offers
great quality cheeses that show the best of Ireland and
brought direct to your cheese case.
