Female 39 Yes, I think this would be great, especially because this would mean they're doing the same for other people who may not have thought about this. And safety is huge especially here in Seattle where it's wet and dark from Fall to Spring and that reduces visibility of drivers. Running groups usually accomplish this by association (you see what other runners are wearing) but for solo runners, I often don't seem them wearing safety gear. Male 29 I think sales associates should ask everyone this question because not everyone is aware of how important safety is, especially if out alone. Female 60 I would kindly decline, but I would definitely appreciate the recommendation! Male 21 I am very comfortable with suggestive selling if it feels genuine Male 51 I know they are "out there", so any recommendation would seem like an upsell. 99% of my runs are in the woods, so reflective materials aren't really a concern. Male 44 No, because I would feel like they were suggesting that just because I'm a woman. Female 30 If I ask, I absolutely welcome suggestions. But otherwise, I don't like associates upselling.
