Tee Up Your Calendars
Hit the greens for an admirable cause on Saturday, Sept. 8, at Huron Regional Medical Center Foundation's annual Humanitarian Golf Tournament. This year's tournament will be held at Broadland Creek National Golf Course and concludes with a dinner at the Huron Country Club.
You don't have to be an avid golfer to participate in the 18-hole scramble. Designed for maximum fun and relaxation, the HRMC Foundation Humanitarian Golf Tournament is appropriate for all ages and skill levels.
Proceeds benefit the HRMC Foundation Scholarship program, which provides financial support to professionals and students studying health care or taking continuing education courses. Funds raised will also support other internal hospital projects aimed at enhancing the quality of care for community members.

A NIGHT TO REMEMBER
Held on March 3 at the Huron Event Center, the 2012 "A Night with Papa Luigi" event was a smashing success. Transporting guests back to the glitz and glamour of the 1970s, guests at the event enjoyed fine dining and entertainment while supporting a great cause.
This year's Papa Luigi event raised more than $37,000 for the Huron Regional Medical Center Foundation. Funds raised through the event will help purchase advanced wireless monitoring equipment for HRMC's intensive care and medical units.
