DIABETES FORUM Tues., Nov. 7, 5-8 p.m. Star and Barry Tobias Ambulatory Campus, Jack Aaronson Conference Center, 901 West Main Street, Freehold, NJ 07728 Physicians will speak about diabetes, its management and related health topics with question-and-answer periods after each lecture. The event will also include a health fair where participants can meet and speak with a variety of vendors who will provide diabetes information. Registration is required for all screenings. Upcoming Screenings FREE PROSTATE & COLORECTAL SCREENING Wed., Oct. 19, 6 p.m. The Statesir Cancer Center, Donna O'Donnell RN Medical Arts Building, 901 West Main St., Freehold, NJ 07728 This screening is for men 40 years and older who have not been screened for prostate cancer in the past. The screening will consist of a blood draw for your PSA level as well as a rectal exam. You will be given a collection kit to take home as a part of the colorectal screening. Instructions will be provided at the screening. It will be your responsibility to return the kit to CentraState's Outpatient Lab within one week after the screening.
