"For the interior millwork and stairs, we worked with a great millwork company and a finish carpenter, both of whom have been involved with our past six or seven projects. Here, too, the product is a culmination of e„orts between Christina and J.ˆW. Campbell Construction. Normally, John and I will walk through the house and Christina provides pictures of what she would like to see in the home, and then John and I do a design/ build. We do this because every house is di„erent, and it is nearly impossible to design the millwork and trim packages from an o„-site o‹ce. I think you need to be right at the project so you can see firsthand how things are going to work. The house has two master suites — one upstairs and one downstairs — which were part of the original plans. This is very common today in order to accommodate visiting or live-in parents. We like to do the same on our own original designs when possible because it gives the homeowner a viable space option for the future. The landscaping typically evolves along with the construction of the house. Our full crews are capable of creating large patios and the kind of intricate stonework that sets our projects apart. As you can see, landscaping is one of our strong suits, and it is always 100 percent performed by our own sta„."
