Connecting with patients and providing quality care are part of our mission at Columbus Regional Healthcare System. We do this by seeking patient feedback. "We mail patient surveys to a randomized patient sample group, collect the results and turn ideas into reality," says Terri Veneziano, vice president of Quality at CRHS. "One example of this is a quiet time we implemented so that patients can have a golden hour to rest undisturbed. Survey results helped us add this to our care."
