Dear Gail Enda, I am retired but worked in purchasing for over half quarter a century and have had many experiences with good and bad customer service. I have been working with Jason Franks at headquarters on an auto loan, and his customer service is exemplary and helpful. If everybody there works like him, you are in good shape. People are quick to express dissatisfaction and not offer compliments when they are deserved. Jason deserves this compliment and a raise or bonus because he did so well.
