The course is designed to prepare them to pass the State Board of Massage Therapy's approved licensure examination. The course will teach business fundamentals, anatomy and physiology, kinesiology, history of massage, body mechanics, massage techniques, rehabilitative aspects of massage and practice on massage protocol for various populations. Course Cost: $7,995. Books and supplies included. Mandatory uniforms must be purchased by student. Students will explore musculoskeletal dysfunction, indications and contraindications for massage, and specific massage and soft tissue techniques. This class will include hydrotherapy and stretching techniques.
