REFUND POLICY
If a student officially drops or withdraws from a workforce development/continuing education
class prior to the start of the first class session, a 100% refund will be made. No refunds are
generally made after the course begins. Fees for non-credit books, materials and supplies are
not refundable. Exceptions are for programs eligible for financial aid, (the Municipal Police
Academy and Massage Therapy). Those courses follow the College's credit policy for
non-standard length classes. Exceptions are referred to the Tuition Refund Appeals Committee
for review.
